HB began by dividing a circle into 8 and connecting the points to make a pattern.
Next they used tracing paper to design a pattern with 8 fold reflection symmetry. They then repeated the pattern using 8 fold rotational symmetry.
After the lesson HB decided to create another pattern using the same technique.
