We listened to music from China whilst the Great Wall was constructed from duplo. HB was posted to the Great Wall of China (I don't actually remember what that was all about)!
The Jade Emperor's Great Animal Race was reinacted (sometimes with extra animals!) and HB made a paper lantern.
They played with Mahjong tiles and tried picking things up using chopsticks.
HB painted cherry blossom trees.
They made Chinese dumplings in kitchen role play and ate fortune cookies.
