This was our second tour of Kents Cavern, the only place in Britain where there is evidence of occupation by three types of human (Heidelbergensis, Neanderthals, and Homo Sapiens).
The cave tour was similar to the last time, but with added face masks and social distancing blobs on the floor.

We then explored the outdoor trial which now has three dimensional models of the wildlife around at the time.
Sadly (though understandably given the size of some of these creatures!) the models are not to scale.
We returned indoors to a lovely new bow drill exhibit. HB spent a long time trying to make a hole in the stone.
