The Tudors at Knebworth Hall Workshop

The day began with an introductory talk about the Tudor monarchs and the Tudors who lived at Knebworth Hall.

The children were then shown musical instruments from the Tudor period and learnt a dance.

In the library the children had a go at writing their name using Tudor calligraphy. They also learnt a little about the writing implements used.

Next they looked at a collection of weapons. The day ended with the opportunity to try on Tudor style clothing.
